As a part of the rapid revitalization effort underway in downtown Allentown, Grain (stylized “grain.”) is only one of the latest establishments from the local acclaimed restaurateurs known as “The Bayou Boys.” Through my work with CMorganelli Designs, I was tasked with branding this new hot spot. I sought to bring a warm, rustic charm to this brand that blurs the line between classic Americana and contemporary American dining.
